However, in situations where we are unable to meet the minimum enrollment requirements or in the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a class or service. In such cases, we will make every effort to either merge it with another class of equivalent levels or offer suitable alternatives. Rest assured that if such a cancellation occurs, you will be promptly notified.

CLASS LEVELS
Proficiency Program
Our Proficiency program is tailored for students aspiring to attain high levels of language proficiency. These classes are primarily conducted in the foreign language, although not exclusively. The curriculum seamlessly weaves language instruction with cultural insights. In addition to engaging students through interactive games and activities, our Proficiency classes focus on developing strong vocabulary and grammar foundations. For younger learners, our curriculum integrates music, rhymes, storytelling, and interactive learning activities.
Fluency Program
The Fluency program is designed for students who already possess some exposure to the language and have a solid verbal understanding but may lack formal grammar and vocabulary instruction. This program is particularly relevant for students from households where a language other than English is spoken, and they can understand native speakers reasonably well. Classes in the Fluency program are conducted exclusively in the foreign language.
For both Proficiency and Fluency-level students, we offer a third session lasting 75 minutes, specifically designed to prepare them for standardized exams. Successful completion of this session enables students to undergo assessment by accredited institutions and obtain certifications that may grant them the opportunity to study abroad.
For our older students, our conversational classes build upon their previous lessons, reinforcing vocabulary and grammar mastery, and shifting focus towards areas of personal interest.
If you're interested in learning English as a second language (ESL), we have a dedicated program to cater to your needs.
Our adult classes primarily target individuals who have previously studied languages in high school and/or college but wish to refresh their memory and practice. They are also ideal for those who have always desired to learn another language but never had the opportunity.
Our adult classes follow a quarter system, with each quarter lasting approximately 10 weeks. These classes are offered during the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer quarters, typically meeting once a week.
PAYMENTS
Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month for children and upon receipt for private and group classes. Payments received after the due date may be subject to late fees. We strongly encourage all students to enroll in ACH for convenient monthly payments.
To sign up for ACH payments, please follow the ACH Authorization process.
It's important to note that the monthly rate is calculated based on the entire program, divided into equal monthly payments. Regardless of the number of classes in a given month or any missed classes, your monthly bill remains consistent.
